PUCK PEGOUTSPuck Pegouts screw into panels that have pre-installed Puck Inserts. They come in various lengths, and two diameters – to match the Large and Small Pucks of our Puck System.

All Pegouts use a Pegout to stand the image off the wall, a Set Screw to the width of your graphic, a Puck to hold the graphic on, and another Set Screw to hold the entire assembly to the wall panel (Our Puck Threaded Inserts need to be installed on wood wall panels).

SUPPORTS FOR DRILLED SHEETS

Aluminum posts have an threaded disk that secure panels up to 1" thick. Panels are drilled for a mounting bolt from behind, except when a surface-mounted "Olive Fixing" is used (click the SPECS tab above for more).

Small Pegouts
Panel supports for drilled sheets. The standard size components PSD.1 to PSD.5 will hold panels between 6mm (1/4") and 10mm (3/8") thick. Panels of up to 25mm (1") thick can be accommodated by specifying made-to-order versions of components PSD.1 to PSD.5. Optional Vandal Proof fixing head. Hole size for drilling to accommodate support: 13mm (1/2"). Surface mount option available, standard finish: satin anodized aluminum.

WALL FIXED PANEL SUPPORTS

These supports have and internal screw (client provided) that secure them directly into the wall.

Wall fixed panel supports can hold a variety of sign substrates up to 3/8". Available in a range of finishes, from stock satin anodized aluminum to polished brass, chrome, and polished stainless steel.

EDGE FIXED PANEL SUPPORTS

This collection requires that the support bold be installed from the back of the panel, except when a surface-mounted "Olive Fixing" is specified (click the SPECS tab above for more information).

Edge fixed panel supports provide an easy method to wall-mount sign panels ranging in thickness from 3-10mm (1/8-3/8"), depending on which component is used. The nylon-tipped grub screw in components PE.2 to PE.6 is designed to hold panels 6-10mm (1/4-3/8") thick. Component PE.1 will hold panels between 3-6mm (1/8-1/4") thick. Surface mount option are available. Standard finish: satin anodized aluminum.

MOSS STRETCH FABRIC MOBILES

Four different size petals are suspended and balanced from thin, curved metal rods. The petals are formed from bent tubular metal frames, and enveloped in stretch fabric. They can be printed with any custom graphic.
