At B&N we continually strive
to provide the best
customer service experience
in our industry.
Here we have outlined a brief structure of
what resources,
both in people
and manufacturing, that are assigned
to your
next project.

B&N's Capabilities: Beyond Our Stock Systems and Components
Your Team
Each major project and client is assigned a team of people that become and extension of your needs within B&N. This integrated group of professionals always includes the following:

Business Developers
What They Do: Establish and define client relationships, oversee your request, ensuring projects run smoothly

Account Coordinators

Project Managers
What They Do: Manage all phases of your projects, from inception to delivery, to assure dates are met, spearhead our resources to make sure your project meets all expectations, setting milestones until delivered

Design Services
Our team of designers are highly experienced professionals who have experience with many kinds of retail applications. Typically, Design Services are fee-based. The cost is determined by the scope of the project. Design Services can be broken down into three distinct phases:

Phase One: Conceptual Development
based on a brief provided by a client

Phase Two: Design Development
“Fleshing out” an approved design, and including further detailed requirements

Phase Three: Engineering,Value Engineering, and Design Drawings
The last step that specifies all of the details necessary for production

Manufacturing
Our manufacturing processes are based on two categories of requests: Custom and Semi-Custom. We have experience in working with almost any material that is requested. Our sourcing is both domestic and international, based on project requirements. Our global sourcing strategy insures the best possible prices, while protecting the integrity of the project.
