Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Provide a plan each year to achieve sales goals set forth for B&N to achieve more market share within retail & hospitality fixture industry.
- Provide measurable goals for sales people and support them to achieve these goals.
-Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
-Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
-Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating.
-Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
-Work with Sales Team to evaluate and identify improvement opportunities and provides immediate and direct feedback.
-Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
-Deliver sales presentations to design, architectural, retail and hospitality companies.
-Establishes, builds and manages client relationships at multiple levels with key decision makers.
-Analyzes and controls expenditures of department to conform to budgetary requirements.
-Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas or proposed client base expansion.
-Works closely with Business Development and Account Executives to determine the market potential of new service ideas.
-Monitors and evaluates the activities and services of the competition.
-Coordinates the development of marketing literature, advertising materials
and promotion tools.
